Good bearing care is mostly simple: keep grit and water away, avoid over-tightening, use the right lubricant and pay attention to changes in feel.
After riding
Wipe down wet or dusty wheels and store the board somewhere dry. Do not pack a damp board away in a closed bag.
When the feel changes
Inspect the bearings, clean and lubricate only when appropriate, and replace anything that remains rough or damaged. The goal is more reliable sessions, not a complicated ritual.
